You will need your username (yourname@btinternet.com email address) and
password to check the following details:

- The product you have ordered
- The date you ordered your product
- Your preferred delivery date
- Your delivery address
- Your order reference number

If you wish to change any of these details, please call our order management helpdesk on 0845 600 7030. To help reduce the length of your call, please have your username and your security phrase (usually your mother's maiden name) to hand. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.
Please Note: it is not possible to bring your activation date forward.
