Broadband from BT Camcorder free prize draw

Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary. Please mail your entry on a plain piece of paper or postcard to BT/Camcorder Prize Draw, PO Box 2769, Swindon, SN2 8ZY. All entries must include name, address and phone number and must be received no later than 12pm, 30th November 2004. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid.

2. 30 Canon MV6iMC digital camcorders are available to win from 1st November - 30th November 2004. To qualify, all those customers who purchase Broadband from BT from www.bt.com or who upgrade from one broadband product to another from the BT portfolio, by no later 30th November 2004 will automatically be entered into the camcorder prize draw.

3. Winners will be drawn at random on 17th December 2004 and all winners will be notified by mail no later than 3rd January 2005.

4. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT, its agencies or their families. Only one entry per person and per household. Only one entry per stamped envelope permitted. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw.

5. The prize is subject to availability. BT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.

6. A list of prize winners may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to the above address on or before 3rd January 2005.

7. BT's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.

8. BT reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter is British Telecommunications plc, 81 Newgate Street London EC1A 7AJ.
